Водителю, который находился за рулём Lexus, столкнувшегося на автодороге М-14 с автомобилем Toyota Camry, в котором ехали руководители Нацполиции, сообщили о подозрении.

Об этом сообщает пресс-служба прокуратуры Николаевской области.

Досудебным расследованием установлено, что 61-летний житель Киевской области, управляя легковым автомобилем Lexus, грубо нарушая правила дорожного движения, выехал на встречную полосу движения, где допустил столкновение с автомобилем Toyota Camry. В результате столкновения водитель и пассажир «Тойоты» от полученных травм погибли на месте ДТП, водитель «Лексуса» с травмами был госпитализирован.

На основании достаточных доказательств для сообщения лицу о подозрении в совершении преступления, водитель автомобиля «Лексус» неоднократно вызывался к следователю с целью объявления ему подозрения, однако на вызовы не появлялся.

Несмотря на это, 28 декабря 2019 года, ему заочно сообщили о подозрении по части 3 статьи 286 Уголовного Кодекса Украины («Нарушение правил безопасности дорожного движения, повлекшее смерть нескольких человек») и, согласно требованиям действующего законодательства, направили уведомление о подозрении по месту его проживания. Досудебное расследование продолжается.

Напомним, как сообщали «Новости-N», одним из погибших в ДТП под Николаевом оказался заместитель начальника Главного управления Национальной полиции Николаевской области полковник полиции Сергей Сидоренко.

По предварительным данным, Сидоренко утром на автомобиле Toyota Camry с херсонскими номерами выехал из Херсона в Николаев. Примерно в 5-6 километрах от села Шевченково «Тойота» столкнулась с внедорожником «Лексус», ехавшим во встречном направлении. После столкновения оба автомобиля вылетели выехали на обочину, а «Тойота» слетела в кювет. Водитель и пассажир «Тойоты» погибли на месте происшествия.

Полковник полиции Сергей Сидоренко занимал должность заместителя начальника ГУНП в Николаевской области, начальника криминальной полиции.

Вторым погибшим был временно исполняющий обязанности управления противодействия наркопреступности ГУНП подполковник полиции Владимир Илличко.
