В Украине Пенсионный фонд ввел еще один новый онлайн-сервис — «Электронная трудовая книжка», который доступен на веб-портале электронных услуг. С помощью этого сервиса украинцы смогут просматривать сведения о своей трудовой деятельности.

Об этом говорится в сообщении на странице Пенсионного фонда Украины в Facebook.

«В «Электронной трудовой книжке» информация отображается обо всех трудовых отношениях работника по данным отчетных сведений работодателя. Также содержится информация об уплаченых страховых взносах с 1998 года», — говорится в нем.

Этот сервис поможет украинцам узнавать подробную информацию о своей трудовой деятельности, а также об уплаченых страховых взносах. В случае потери бумажной трудовой книжки не нужно тратить время на восстановление данных, ведь они будут сохранены в электронном формате.

Также отмечается, что застрахованные лица и работодатели смогут предоставлять информацию о трудовой деятельности до 1998 года в виде сканированных копий предусмотренных законодательством документов, заверенных квалифицированной электронной подписью. Сейчас Пенсионный фонд Украины разрабатывает соответствующий порядок.

Для того, чтобы воспользоваться услугой, необходимо зарегистрироваться на веб-портале Фонда с помощью квалифицированной электронной подписи (ЭЦП), а затем действовать по алгоритму, который предлагает ПФУ.
